How it works
1. Create an account & upload
Sign up free, then start a request and upload one or more model files (STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP). Tell us the material, color, and quantity you want. If you upload an STL we'll show you a rough instant estimate right away.
2. We review & quote
We open your file in QIDI Studio, slice it to get the exact filament weight and print time, then send you a firm quote. The price covers material, machine time, finishing, and a small re-print buffer — no surprises.
3. You approve
Review the quote in your dashboard. Approve it to send the job to the print queue, or message us for changes. No payment is collected online for now — settle via GCash or cash on pickup.
4. We print & finish
Your job moves through printing and finishing (support removal, light sanding if needed). You can watch the status update live.
5. Pickup or shipping
Once it's ready, pick it up locally or we'll arrange shipping (J&T / Lalamove) and add the fee to your quote.
FAQ
What files do you accept?
STL, 3MF, OBJ, and STEP. STL gives the best instant estimate. Max 60 MB per file.
How is the price calculated?
Material (grams × cost per gram) + machine time + finishing labor + a small failure buffer, plus our markup. Shipping, if any, is added separately.
How big can you print?
Up to 325 × 325 × 315 mm in a single piece on the QIDI Max 4. Larger items can be split and joined.
How do I pay?
For now, GCash or cash — settled when you approve or on pickup. Online payment is coming later.
How long does it take?
Depends on size and queue. Small prints can be same-week; large or multi-part jobs take longer. You'll see an ETA with your quote.
